The Rules of the Road

Let's be honest, nobody enjoys reading pages of legal jargon. We get it. But these terms are the official agreement between you (the player) and us (Spinmama). They're here to protect both of us and ensure everyone plays by the same fair rules. We've tried to summarize the most important points in plain English, but this is a legally binding document.

By creating an account and playing our games, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, you should not use our site.

1. Your Account Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be of legal gambling age in your province of residence (usually 19+, or 18+ in AB, MB, QC) to play at Spinmama. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your area.
• One Account Only: We have a strict policy of one account per person, household, and IP address. Attempting to open multiple accounts to claim extra bonuses is considered fraudulent and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings.
• Accurate Information: The information you provide during registration must be true and accurate. It needs to match your legal documents, as we will verify this during our KYC process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret. Do not share your password with anyone. You are liable for all activity on your account.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Verification: We reserve the right to ask for verification documents (KYC) at any time, especially before processing your first withdrawal. This is a requirement of our license. Failure to provide them will result in a delay or cancellation of your withdrawal.
• Payment Methods: You must be the legal and rightful owner of the funds you deposit and the payment methods you use. Using a third-party's card or account is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: We aim to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, but processing times can vary depending on the method and verification status. Large wins may be subject to additional verification checks.

3. Bonus Terms

• General Rules: All promotions, bonuses, and free spins are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and game restrictions. These will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering Requirements: You must complete the stated wagering requirements before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be converted to your real money balance and withdrawn.
• Bonus Abuse: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, exploiting bugs, or creating multiple accounts. Any player found abusing bonuses will have their bonus and winnings voided and may have their account closed.

4. Prohibited Activities

To keep the platform safe and fair for everyone, the following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Engaging in any fraudulent or collusive behaviour.
• Using software aids, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting any bug or error in our software for personal gain.
• Using a VPN or other tools to mask your location or identity.

Engaging in any of these activities will result in the immediate closure of your account and the voiding of all balances.
